Loaded Nachos


  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 lb of Large Shrimp
  • 1 bag of Doritos
  • Jalapeños
  • Chives
  • 3 tbs of queso cheese
  • 1 bag of Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • 1 cup of shredded lettuce
  • 3 tsp of Fire Salt seasoning
  • 2 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp of Accent
  • 2 tbs Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of season blend
  • 2 tbs of olive oil


  1. Add your ground beef to a pan.
  2. Season it with my fire salt seasoning, black pepper, accent, and paprika.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of seasoning blend and let it cook down.
  4. In a bowl, add 2 tbs of olive oil to your shrimp. Next season it with my fire salt seasoning, paprika, and parsley.
  5. In another pan, add 3 tbs of butter.
  6. Add your shrimp and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Next, grab a plate and add your Doritos.
  8. Next, add your ground beef, queso cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, shrimp, jalapeños, and chives.
  9. Enjoy!
