Mini Catfish Po’Boys

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Hawaiian Rolls
  • 3 Catfish Fillets
  • 1 Box of Zatarians Fish Fry
  • 1 tbs of Desha’s Fire Salt Seasoning
  • 1 tbs of Onion Powder
  • 1 tbs of yellow mustard
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 cup of leaf lettuce (chopped)
  • 3 tbs of mayo
  • 1 container of Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. On a cutting board, slice your catfish into mini strips.
  2. In a bowl, season your fish with Desha’s Fire Salt and Onion Powder.
  3. Next, add 2 tbs of mustard. Then mix everything together.
  4. Pre heat your grease on the stove. (375 degrees)
  5. In a ziplock bag, add your fish fry.
  6. Next, add your catfish pieces and shake them up.
  7. On a clean cutting board, cut the middle of each roll out.
  8. Next, add your mayo, lettuce , and tomatoes.
  9. Drop your fish into the hot cooking oil and let it fry for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Remove your fish and add to your rolls.
  11. Enjoy with a side of fries!
