White Lasagna Soup


  • 1 Box of Lasagna Noodles
  • 2 packs of Italian sausage
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 tbs of minced garlic
  • 1 (8oz bag) of Spinach
  • 2 tsp of crushed red peppers
  • 3 tbs of flour
  • 1 (32 oz carton of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (32oz) carton of chicken broth
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs of Desha’s Sweet Heat Seasoning
  • 2 Tbs of Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup of roasted red peppers
  • 2 tbs of Accent
  • 2 Tbs of Nature’s seasoning
  • 2 tsp of black pepper


  1. In a pan, add your two packs of Italian sausage and cook it.
  2. Add your diced onion to the pan.
  3. Next, add 2 tbs of minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  4. Mix it together very well and add your flour and spinach.
  5. Next, pour your full carton of heavy whipping cream and chicken broth to that pan.
  6. Add your sweet heat, accent, and nature’s seasoning to the pan and stir it.
  7. Add your roasted red peppers and fresh Parmesan cheese to it.
  8. Break up your lasagna noodles into pieces and add it to the pan. I used about 6 of them.
  9. Let the noodles cook down until softened.
  10. Taste test your soup and pair it with some garlic bread.
  11. Enjoy!
